Hello, my name is Kendra Cagle, and I am what I like to call a MOMtrepreneur.
I attended college at The Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale from 2005 to 2008 and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Graphic Design. I started 5 Lakes Design in 2008, a few months before I graduated, and have been designing and loving every minute of it since.
I work from my home office as a full-time freelance designer, while raising our two beautiful daughters, Lily, and Macy with my husband Chris. I love that I can do all of the things I love most in life, at the same time . . . designing, and being a mom. It doesn't get any better than that.
My design services range widely, and I have worked with some amazing clients from many different industries, including public speakers, coaches, trainers, authors, and entrepreneurs to name a few. I have collaborated with small start-ups to Fortune 500s and everything in between.

Being creative is not only what I do, but its part of who I am. Whether it be designing a book cover to tell the story of someone’s entire life, creating a unique brand design, or decorating around my home (and a few friends)! Creativity is what I do and who I am, and I strive every day to find beauty around every corner.
My husband and I have been married since 2011, and live very happily in upstate NY. Our daughters Lily and Macy are our entire world, and family is such a huge part of why I love what I do. We absolutely love the outdoors and take advantage of enjoying it as much as possible. Camping, hiking, taking our boat out in Sodus Bay, having cook-outs with friends and family, these are just a few of the things that we love to do. The population may be small, and the roads may be narrow, but our little quiet corner of the world is just right for us.
